Desktop is one of the most fundamental, and the most frequently viewed by the user's computer. In Indonesia, the Desktop is defined as the main screen, but we used only the word Desktop, because it is short and familiar. When we turn on the computer, we will be brought to the Desktop prior to application. As an Operating System is developed, have the Mac desktop that is very beautiful. In any posts of this I will explain the parts of your Mac Desktop.
Picture above is of the catch Leopard Desktop screen. If you still menggunkan Tiger (Mac OSX 10.4) will look slightly different, especially in the Finder window. Let us study one by one.
1. Apple Menu
To find out the version of your Mac, you can open the About This Mac. Here you can see the version of the operating system, prossesor speed, amount of memory installed on the computer and speed. When you press the button Software Update, you will open the system update of the Mac otomotis, we will be on the Software udpdate on the day. By pressing the More Info, your System Profile will be your Mac. Here you can see the types of hardware installed in your Mac more mendetil. We better skip this part first, because it is very complex and varied.
One of the menu that will often (perhaps) is to use Force Quit ... menu. This menu will open the Force Quit window, the window which serves to force the applications with problems. We will discuss more about this ditulisan next.

2. Application Menu
Applications menu on the Mac does not like in Windows, the Mac in the Applications menu always in the top, while the Windows is in the window of each application.
Applications menu will change following the application is currently active. To access the menu via the key board and press Control + F2 and then press the letter on the front of the menu. Suppose we want to access the Edit menu, after press Control + F2 E, or you can also use the arrow keys to select menus available.

3. Extra Menu
This is where the menu is extra, a small icon that can be a shortcut to the application menu or you can also be an application itself, or also can be a system status such as hours or the ability batere your laptop. Fweeh or a lot of it.
